In many years of my work, whether as founder of AD Leadership Consulting GmbH, in the international consulting environment or in operational HR management roles in Germany and abroad, I have been able to master many challenges and accompany or live through change processes.

I have recognized a few essential things:

Pressure - whether from within or from outside - is often a good driver, but not a good long-term companion.
When people can do what corresponds to their strengths and their convictions, performance comes easily.
When leaders understand this and succeed in leveraging employees' strengths and passions, flow moments occur. Flow leads to more creativity, significantly higher productivity and better results.
